物流取貨付款

您的商品將寄至您所填寫之地址，商品到達時會以簡訊通知您取件，您在取件的同時再付款即可。

訂單查詢

您可以使用以下方式查詢您的訂單：

帳戶查詢

若您曾經在JSW Racing加入會員，則您可以在上方選單右上方登入後，於「加入會員」中，查看您的訂單記錄。

Email查詢

將您的問題以電子郵件寄送至：[email protected]，我們將有客服人員為您解答。

粉絲團私訊

運送方式

新竹物流、佳里大榮、黑貓(只限台灣)：運費 $140

因為距離不同，送達時間將會有差異；平均而言，「商品將在訂單成立後的十個工作日內送達」，若選購的是「預購商品」則須等待，可聯繫我們詢問出貨日期。商品出貨時，會由系統自動發送出貨通知E-mail，請您留意包裹收取。

發票開立

電子發票

JSW Racing使用電子發票系統開立發票，並於您完成付款後10天，自動開立。

電子發票開立後，會自動發送一封e-mail至您註冊的信箱中，告知已開立電子發票。

開立統編

若您需要於發票中打統編，下單時請於「電子發票」欄位，選擇「公司戶」，並輸入發票抬頭、統一編號、與發票地址，電子發票開立時，系統會自動發送e-mail至您註冊的信箱，並附有發票檔案，可自行印出。
